How Do I Register? (Create an Account)

Registration, or creation of your account, is simple and easy to do.

This occurs at the time you request to book the activity.

Each of the fields should be filled out properly, and please be sure to include your arrival and departure dates. 

Create your own password, which should be a minimum is 8 characters and one you should remember. 



You can then login to MyConcierge to view your My Itinerary. 

Login to MyConcierge by clicking on the "Login" at the top right area of MyConcierge - shown here in the upper right area of the site, next to Register


Once you click on Login, you will see the following Login Screen, where you will enter your email address and password that you created during the registration process.

In the event you do not recall your password, simply click on the "forgot password" link below the login screen, and enter your email address. MyConcierge will automatically email you a link to reset your password.
