How to Purchase an Activity

Fill in all the information and process your credit card payment through our 100% secure PCI compliant gateway.

 

 

Your payment will be sent directly to the vendor you are booking your activity with.

They will immediately receive notification of your request to book the activity as soon as you submit your request. 

You will receive an two emails, immediately following your request.

(1) The first email will welcome you to MyConcierge. Please click the confirmation link you'll find within that email. 

(2) The next email you will receive will be a confirmation of your request to book the activity 

 In the event of a cancellation request, 100% of all funds will be refunded back to the card you used when booking the activity.

 Please note: Each MyConcierge vendor will have his or her own specific cancellation policy listed on the activity detail page, and you should review this before booking any activity.
