How to Cancel an Activity

If you need to cancel an activity, we ask that you first check the cancellation policy of the vendor you booked your activity with. 

As long as your well within the cancellation period, you can go to My Itinerary in the top navigational areas within MyConcierge - Click on My Itinerary 


Next you will see the list of your activity above your vacation calendar. 

Select the activity you would like to cancel by clicking on the "View Order Details" link shown here 


This will open up your booked activity. There simply select the Request Cancellation" button 


Once you do, you will be asked to confirm you have reviewed the activity vendor's cancellation policy. After you confirm this, it will automatically notify the vendor of your cancellation request. 

Back in your itinerary you will notice the cancellation is now pending, until the vendor takes note and finalizes the cancellation.

You can also call the vendor directly in the event you need to have further confirmation. All vendor contact information is provided in the activity detail page where you originally booked your activity.
